Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Learning Specialist to design and deliver engaging digital content for children aged 2-6 in a fully remote setup. You will develop curriculum-aligned lessons, interactive games, and activities to foster critical thinking and foundational learning in an online environment.

Collaborate with instructional designers, animators, and developers to create engaging digital experiences while ensuring content aligns with early childhood frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or instructional design.
• Proven track record creating digital learning content or online programs for young children.
• In-depth knowledge of developmental milestones and learning theories for ages 2-6.
• Experience with LMS and digital content creation tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning modules and interactive content for early years education.
• Create lesson plans, activity guides, and educational games tailored for online delivery.
• Ensure all content aligns with recognized early childhood education frameworks and curricula.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, animators, and developers to bring learning experiences to life.
• Conduct research on best practices in remote early childhood education and digital pedagogy.
• Participate in pilot testing and feedback sessions for new learning materials.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and refinement of the digital learning platform.
• Maintain a strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Provide insights and expertise on child engagement strategies in a remote setting.
