Placements24 is seeking a remote Early Years Curriculum Designer to develop engaging curricula for digital learning aimed at ages 3-6. The role focuses on creating innovative lesson plans, activities, stories, and games that align with best practices in early childhood education.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, illustrators, and developers, managing multiple projects in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ECE or related field.
• 7+ years designing curricula for early years (ages 3–6).
• Experience creating content for digital learning platforms or apps.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogy.
• Excellent writing, instructional design, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive early years curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for digital delivery.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including activities, stories, and games.
• Ensure curriculum content aligns with recognized early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with illustrators, animators, and developers to bring curriculum concepts to life.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and target audience requirements.
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education and digital learning.
• Contribute to the evaluation of curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and user feedback.
• Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure children's learning outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of curriculum components.
