Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer to design and refine engaging online modules for ages 2-6. This contract role offers full remote work, collaboration with a global team of educators and designers, and the opportunity to shape a groundbreaking digital learning platform.

You will create lesson plans, activities, and multimedia content, ensure alignment with EYFS/Montessori/Reggio references, and develop assessments.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Early Childhood Education or closely related field is required.
• 4+ years in curriculum development, instructional design, or early years teaching are required.
• Experience in designing digital/online learning content is required.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and early learning frameworks (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration is required.

Responsabilidades

• Design age-appropriate curriculum frameworks for ages 2-6.
• Create digital learning materials including lesson plans, activities, interactive exercises, and multimedia content.
• Align curriculum with recognized early learning standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic artists, and SMEs to produce high-quality resources.
• Develop assessment tools and strategies to track children's learning progress.
• Research innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies for the curriculum.
• Review and revise modules based on feedback and performance data.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in a remote setting.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for the digital learning platform.
• Stay abreast of trends and research in early childhood education and digital learning.
