Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Early Learning Program Coordinator to manage and support a range of early childhood education initiatives from a home office. This role emphasizes remote coordination, stakeholder communication, and proactive program development.

You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of remote programs, document and track progress, and collaborate with educators, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or admin support.
• Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of remote early learning programs.
• Facilitate communication between educators, parents, staff, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Support development and implementation of new program components and resources.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to ensure program continuity.
