Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Learning Program Developer for a part-time contract. Design and deliver engaging curricula and digital resources for 3-5 year olds, with measurable outcomes and inclusive content.

You will work with a remote team, maintain schedules, and showcase a strong portfolio in curriculum development. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and delivering high-quality content on schedule for an EdTech client.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education with curriculum/program development.
• Proven track record in creating digital educational content and programs.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and learning theories.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software and online collaboration tools.
• Portfolio of prior program development work is highly desirable.
• Experience with learning platforms or authoring tools a plus.
• Available for consistent remote work and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive early learning curricula for ages 3-5.
• Create digital content including interactive modules, games, stories, and worksheets.
• Develop learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Research current best practices in early childhood education.
• Create assessment tools to track progress.
• Collaborate remotely with instructional designers, artists, and SMEs.
• Ensure content is inclusive and culturally sensitive.
• Contribute input on strategy and direction of early learning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in a remote setting.
