Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Remote Early Learning Content Creator & Curriculum Designer to develop digital educational materials for children aged 4-7. You will conceptualize, design, and produce content for an online platform, coordinating with instructional designers and multimedia specialists.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education, excellent writing and project management skills, and a passion for online pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and content creation for early learning.
• Proficiency with content creation tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive early childhood curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for digital delivery.
• Create engaging digital content including interactive games, videos, animations, and e-books.
• Design age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, and creativity.
• Ensure content aligns with educational standards and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, illustrators, and animators to produce high-quality materials.
• Research effective e-learning strategies and emerging trends in early childhood education.
• Manage content development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and revise existing content to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all materials.
• Provide creative input for the overall direction of the online learning platform.
