Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly creative and experienced Remote Early Learning Program Developer to design and implement innovative educational programs for young children from a home-based setup.

You will conceptualize, develop, and refine curriculum materials, learning activities, and resources for various age groups, collaborating with a team of educators and developers to ensure high quality and impact. A master’s degree and deep knowledge of pedagogy are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Extensive experience designing and developing early learning curricula.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in educational software and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive early learning curricula and lesson plans for various age groups (toddlers, preschoolers).
• Create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities, games, and educational materials (digital and printable).
• Research and stay updated on trends in early childhood education and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure quality and alignment.
• Develop assessment strategies to monitor children's progress and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Write clear, concise content for educational materials, parent guides, and educator resources.
• Adapt existing programs based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Ensure all programs are inclusive and meet developmental standards.
• Contribute to the overall vision and strategy for early learning offerings.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for program development initiatives.
