Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design for early childhood education.
• Proven experience in developing digital or online learning content.
• Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online curriculum for ages 3–6.
• Create interactive lesson plans, activities, and assessments for digital delivery.
• Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, games, and interactive simulations into the curriculum.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with early childhood education best practices and learning standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic artists, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning materials.
