Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Childhood Learning Specialist & Trainer to develop and deliver educator training programs. The role combines online module creation with in-person sessions at Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, demanding excellence in both virtual and face-to-face facilitation.

You will lead curriculum development for adult learners, using LMS platforms, and provide ongoing professional development resources for educators to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ECE/Adult Education.
• Strong ability to design, develop and deliver training for adults.
• Proven experience in facilitating online and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for educators and caregivers.
• Create engaging training materials including online modules and manuals.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Keep up with best practices and policy changes in early childhood education.
• Support educators with new learning strategies and curricula.
