Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Childhood Program Facilitator & Parent Educator to design, deliver, and support engaging online early childhood education programs for families across South Africa.

The role requires a Master’s in ECE or related field, 6+ years in ECE with 3+ in program development, and proven online teaching experience. You will work with a distributed team to create impactful digital content and provide coaching to parents.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
Minimum 6 years in ECE with at least 3 years in program development or facilitation.
Proven experience delivering online education and virtual workshops.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging online ECE programs and workshops.
Facilitate interactive virtual sessions and create a positive learning environment.
Develop educational content and parent support resources on child development.
Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations with parents.
Stay updated on trends in ECE and online learning.
Collaborate with a distributed team of educators and designers.
Monitor engagement and provide feedback to improve programs.
Maintain records of activities, progress, and parent engagement.
Utilize digital tools for content delivery and communication.
Contribute to strategic development of new online education initiatives.
