Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Childcare Operations Coordinator to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of their remote childcare programs. You will oversee enrollment, staff scheduling, procurement, and remote reporting to keep centers running smoothly.

The role requires experience in operations management within education, excellent organization, and strong digital communication to coordinate with directors, staff, and external partners from a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within childcare or education.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enrollment processes with data management.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across facilities.
• Oversee procurement and management of supplies for centers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards via remote monitoring.
