Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Child Development Program Coordinator to oversee early intervention programs for families and children. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating services, liaising with stakeholders, developing program materials, and ensuring effective remote delivery of support.

You will need a Master’s degree and proven experience in program coordination within child development or related fields, with excellent remote communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience coordinating early intervention or child development programs.
• Strong understanding of child development stages and related challenges.
• Excellent remote project management, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and evaluation of remote child development programs.
• Liaise with families, educators and partners to ensure service delivery.
• Develop and curate digital resources and materials for participants.
• Monitor program progress, collect data and produce impact reports.
• Provide virtual guidance and support to program staff and volunteers.
