Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote E-commerce Project Manager to lead digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. This fully remote role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms.

You will define project scopes, manage resources, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, and marketing to advance our clients' online presence globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on e-commerce or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading remote teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators, in a remote setting.
• Manage project execution, tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and reports.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions, adhering to project requirements and quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project implementation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and project management methodologies.
• Ensure all projects align with the company's overall business strategy and e-commerce goals.
