Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will optimize, maintain and enhance the company’s online retail platform, leveraging your deep knowledge of e-commerce systems, UX principles and proactive improvement ideas.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Platform Specialist or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for minor front-end adjustments.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for e-commerce websites.
• Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities, essential for remote team synergy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with PIM (Product Information Management) systems is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and optimize the company's e-commerce platform(s) for performance and stability.
• Implement and configure new features, integrations, and functionalities to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and implement website updates.
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Ensure product catalog accuracy, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Work with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and ensure platform readiness for campaigns.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols for the e-commerce platform.
• Stay current with e-commerce platform advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and document platform procedures and best practices.
