Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join a fully remote team in South Africa. You will develop and execute data-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social channels to grow online sales, acquire customers, and boost retention.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and use Google Analytics to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and budgets, ensuring ROI and scalable growth in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, social).
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO to improve rankings.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) for qualified traffic and conversions.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance using Google Analytics to identify trends.
• Collaborate with content to create product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing collateral.
• Manage UX and CRO efforts on the e-commerce platform.
• Stay updated on e-commerce marketing trends and best practices.
• Coordinate with product/merchandising to align marketing with launches and promotions.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
