Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our e-commerce marketing efforts from a remote-first setup across South Africa. The role focuses on designing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content to drive online sales and brand growth.

You will analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools, grow social channels, and collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize user experience and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience with emphasis on e-commerce and FMCG.
• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
• Analyze campaign performance with web analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Grow the company's social media presence and brand advocacy.
