Bring extensive ecommerce growth experience, mastering analytics and A/B testing tools. You will collaborate with product, marketing and engineering to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior growth role for ecommerce.
• Expertise in growth hacking, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and growth levers.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms and A/B testing tools.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and strategic thinking.
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Relevant degrees in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the ecommerce growth strategy with targets for new customers, conversions, LTV and revenue.
• Lead ideation, prioritisation and execution of growth experiments across channels.
• Analyze data to uncover patterns, opportunities and optimization areas.
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth team and manage growth budget.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and support for aligned growth objectives.
• Implement analytics and A/B testing frameworks to measure impact.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitive strategies to maintain advantage.
• Report growth performance to senior leadership with actionable insights.
