Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in e-commerce growth hacking, digital marketing strategy, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in data-driven experimentation and optimization.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
• Strong proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, affiliate).
• Conduct extensive A/B testing and CRO on pages and checkout flows.
• Analyze user behavior data and campaign performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop strategies to increase acquisition, engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Explore emerging digital channels and technologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams for alignment.
• Manage marketing automation platforms and optimize email campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform growth plans.
• Create and present regular growth reports to senior management.
