Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to drive online revenue, acquisition, and retention in a fully remote role. You will lead CRO initiatives, optimize paid media, and elevate CLTV across channels.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to execute data-driven growth strategies, manage budgets, and mentor remote teams across demographics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or online business development.
• Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer acquisition, retention strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics/tools (GA/Adobe Analytics) and data manipulation (SQL, Excel).
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable leading remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase online revenue, acquisition, and retention.
• Lead experimentation including A/B/multivariate testing to optimize the customer journey and CRO.
• Manage paid media channels (SEM, social, display) to achieve ROI and CAC targets.
• Develop and execute retention and loyalty programs to boost CLTV.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to drive strategic initiatives.
