The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python or R, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or closely related area.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong aptitude for statistics, data visualization, and interpreting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales, website traffic, conversion rates and customer behavior to identify trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for the e-commerce business.
• Assess marketing campaigns and product performance to measure ROI and impact.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize the customer journey and increase AOV.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to support data-driven decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance for market intelligence.
