Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Analyst to drive informed decision-making by analyzing performance data and delivering actionable insights. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely and focuses on optimizing online sales, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.

You will collect and analyze datasets, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst with a focus on e-commerce.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to website traffic, sales, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for the e-commerce business.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide strategic recommendations for online sales, conversion, and retention.
Conduct A/B testing analysis to evaluate website changes, campaigns, and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide data-driven support.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce analytics.
