The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, expertise in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and strong analytical communication to drive data-informed decisions in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce context.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and experience with Excel or R/Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including website analytics, sales platforms, and marketing tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations, marketing, and sales.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-informed decision-making.
• Present findings and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
