Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Data Analyst with a focus on social media and ecommerce.
• Expert proficiency in social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze social media performance across platforms, tracking engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
