About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly analytical and results-oriented Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their forward-thinking team. This role is dedicated to driving exponential growth for our e-commerce and social media ventures, focusing on innovative strategies and data-driven experimentation. Working entirely remotely, you will have the autonomy to identify, test, and implement growth opportunities across the customer acquisition and retention funnel. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates across the e-commerce website and marketing campaigns.
• Identify and implement innovative growth strategies leveraging social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Analyze user behavior, customer data, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and manage automated marketing funnels and customer journeys to improve engagement and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and track their impact.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Growth Hacker or in a similar role focused on rapid scaling in an e-commerce context.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing , SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
