Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid experiments across marketing channels (paid social, SEM, email, content, partnerships) to drive e-commerce growth.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and key metrics to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track experiment performance, measure impact, and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in growth marketing and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a growth marketing or e-commerce growth role, with a demonstrated history of driving significant growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and experimentation methodologies.
