Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid experimentation cycles to identify growth opportunities across the customer journey.

• A highly experimental mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent understanding of user psychology and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to work independently and creatively within a team environment in Soweto .
