Placements24 is seeking an innovative E-commerce Growth Hacker for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will identify rapid growth strategies across digital channels to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities include designing experiments, optimizing CRO, and driving initiatives across SEO, SEM, social, email, content, and referrals. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Performance Marketer, or in a similar role focused on rapid e-commerce growth.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, user analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Expertise in various digital marketing channels and their application in growth strategies.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

Aufgaben

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive key e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value).
• Identify and leverage growth opportunities across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies across the website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute viral loops, referral programs, and other strategies to foster organic growth.
• Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points in the customer journey and optimize for conversion.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on efficient customer acquisition.
• Develop compelling content and creatives optimized for specific growth objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of growth experiments and initiatives.
