Responsibilities

• Design growth hacking strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for the e-commerce business.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter with focus on engagement and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, campaigns, and site elements to improve performance.
• Develop viral marketing campaigns and referral programs for organic growth.
