Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, support, or dispatch role, preferably within the transportation industry.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard office software and comfortable learning new support tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to drivers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist drivers with troubleshooting issues related to routes, vehicle problems, and delivery logistics.
• Ensure drivers understand and adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and delivery protocols.
• Document all driver interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve complex driver challenges.
• Contribute to the development of FAQs and training materials for drivers based on common inquiries.
