Job summary

Placements24 is seeking dedicated Remote Delivery Drivers to join its expanding logistics network. In this fully remote role, you will coordinate deliveries, optimize routes, and ensure timely fulfillment from a virtual dispatch center.

You will work from home, monitor driver progress, communicate with customers, and use dispatch software and GPS tracking to keep all deliveries on schedule. A high school diploma is required, with certifications a plus, and you will thrive in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of route planning software and GPS tracking technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes for a fleet of drivers, considering traffic, delivery windows, and efficiency.
• Monitor driver progress and communicate effectively to resolve any issues or delays in real-time.
• Manage dispatch operations and ensure all deliveries are completed within the estimated timeframes.
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to maintain oversight of all ongoing deliveries.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns.
