Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Driver Operations Manager to lead and optimize a distributed driver network from a fully remote position. You will drive operational excellence, ensure service standards, and implement scalable processes across regions.

The role requires strong leadership for virtual teams, deep logistics knowledge, and the ability to use technology to improve safety, efficiency, and driver performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in transportation management, fleet operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the driver fleet, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve driver performance, safety records, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage driver scheduling, payroll, and compliance with labor regulations, all remotely.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a positive and productive remote team environment, providing support and guidance to drivers.
