You will plan routes, load and unload goods, use GPS, and adhere to safety and traffic laws. A valid SA driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required; company support and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid South African driver''s license (Code 10 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role.
• Proficiency in using GPS devices and navigation applications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan and execute daily delivery routes for maximum productivity and timely arrivals.
• Safely load, transport, and unload packages and goods, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.
• Utilize GPS and navigation tools to optimize routes and avoid delays.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and potential issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies for vehicle operation and delivery procedures.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
