Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma is mandatory; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years in operational excellence or process improvement with leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in financial services and remote/distributed work is a plus.
