Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO function. You will oversee the PPC and SEO strategists, own channel strategy, budget allocation, and department delivery, while the specialists execute the plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience turning around an account with measurable metrics.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account is underperforming.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts.

Responsabilités

• Set quality bar and reviews for strategists.
• Define standard audits and reporting.
• Own client results and attribution/GA4 accuracy.
• Escalate when accounts are at risk and direct fixes.
• Define channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set credibility with sales on deliverables for growth.
• Hiring plan and first-round interviews within a quarter.
