Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead the PPC and SEO department. You will oversee the PPC and SEO strategists, set the department's standards, and own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.

This is a management role, not a senior IC. You will be client-facing on underperforming accounts, guide audits and reporting quality, and participate in hiring the team within about a quarter.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO with channel ownership experience.
• Experience guiding strategists and owning audits and reporting standards.
• Comfortable being client-facing when accounts underperform.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Lead PPC and SEO strategists and set quality standards for outputs.
• Ensure honest client reporting and GA4 accuracy.
• Own hiring plan for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
• Be the escalation owner when an account is at risk and direct remediation.
