Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Digital Transformation Consultant for a fully remote role. You will guide clients through digital evolution, leveraging AI, cloud, analytics, and IoT to redefine business models and customer experiences.

Lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic roadmaps, and mentor junior consultants while collaborating with a national client base in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting with a strong specialization in digital transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital initiatives across industries.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, agile methodologies, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation strategies for clients, including technology adoption, process automation, and data analytics integration.
• Assess client capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Develop digital roadmaps with key initiatives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage cross-functional teams for seamless execution of transformation programs.
• Advise on emerging digital trends including AI, ML, cloud, and IoT.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder engagements to gain buy-in.
• Deliver compelling presentations on strategies and outcomes.
• Contribute to thinking and insights on digital innovation.
• Mentor junior consultants on digital transformation projects.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or related field
