Placements24 is seeking a Remote Digital Transformation Lead to guide clients through strategy to implementation from anywhere. You will shape digital roadmaps, assess capabilities, and drive innovative technologies such as AI, cloud, and data analytics in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in transformation or technology consulting, strong leadership and virtual collaboration skills, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology consulting, with remote capacity.
Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects from strategy through execution.
Expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity and modern software development practices.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients across various industries.
Assess current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies like AI, cloud, and data analytics.
Lead virtual teams in the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions and platforms.
Facilitate remote workshops with stakeholders to define digital roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
Manage client relationships and communication, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes in a virtual setting.
Stay at the forefront of digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitive digital landscapes.
Oversee the integration of digital solutions into existing business processes and systems.
Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and strategies.
Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative remote work environment.
