Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Digital Transformation Consultant to guide client journeys through digital evolution from anywhere in the world. You will assess current digital maturity, craft strategies, and lead implementation with a focus on cloud, data analytics, AI, and automation.

As a remote-first, client-facing role, you’ll run virtual workshops, manage projects end-to-end, and measure business impact while collaborating with distributed teams across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital transformation or IT strategy consulting experience.
• Proven ability to guide organizations through major digital change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and business applications.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in remote teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current digital landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and articulate end-to-end digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Advise on the adoption of new technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and automation.
• Lead virtual workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define digital objectives and requirements.
• Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful integration of new digital solutions.
• Measure and report on the impact of digital initiatives on business performance and customer engagement.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the consulting industry.
