Placements24 is seeking an innovative Remote Management Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation to guide clients through their digital journeys from a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with C-suite executives to assess capabilities and design roadmaps for digital adoption.

The role emphasizes emerging technologies, agile methods, and delivering large-scale digital change initiatives within a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, IT strategy, or a similar role, with a significant portion remote.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital transformation projects.
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and their business applications.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and change management frameworks.
Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects remotely.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on digital strategy, technology adoption, and transformation initiatives.
Conduct digital maturity assessments and identify key areas for improvement and innovation.
Develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps, including technology selection, implementation plans, and change management strategies.
Lead client workshops and stakeholder engagements, facilitating discussions on digital trends and solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for digital transformation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
Stay current with AI, cloud, data analytics, IoT, and other digital technologies.
Provide thought leadership and share best practices in digital transformation.
