Placements24 is seeking a Principal Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation for a fully remote, global role. You will guide organizations from strategy through implementation, leveraging AI, cloud, data analytics and IoT to drive efficiency and growth.

Formación

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on digital strategy and transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies such as AI, ML, cloud computing, IoT, and big data.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent virtual communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business); Master’s degree or equivalent experience highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets in a remote setting.
• Experience in agile methodologies and change management is essential.
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and adept at working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions, including cloud adoption, data analytics, and AI integration.
• Assess client's current digital maturity and identify key areas for improvement and innovation.

• Foster strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Mentor and guide other consultants on digital transformation best practices.
