The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in digital marketing, deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics, plus strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing campaign management experience.
• Proven track record managing campaigns across SEM, social, email, content, and display.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and target audiences with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets for maximum ROI and ensure efficient resource use.
• Monitor performance in real-time and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create asset briefs and coordinate with teams for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with social media teams for cohesive messaging and amplification.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness and generate insights.
• Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.
