Placements24 seeks an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead development activities remotely. You will design and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate major gifts, and manage donor campaigns across platforms to sustain and grow our charitable initiatives.

The role demands strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and a proven nonprofit fundraising track record, including familiarity with Raiser's Edge and CRM systems, plus a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and solicit major gifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in fundraising databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge) and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of fundraising best practices and ethical standards.

Responsibilities
