Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Apollo to craft thoughtful outreach, maintain pipelines, and meet volume goals while keeping outreach quality high.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach skills.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
