Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Demand Generation Representative, you own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

Competenze

2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
Gritty, curious and coachable
