Job summary

Bionic Talent is assisting a US-based remote team to fill a Delivery Coordinator role focused on WordPress and Shopify projects. You will support delivery leadership, maintain visibility, and ensure tasks move forward in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project coordination, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday. You will collaborate across clients, developers, and QA to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments is preferred.
• Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain and update project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies
• Coordinate daily task assignments, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
• Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and up to date
• Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early
• Coordinate communication between clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders
• Translate client requests and project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers and specialists
• Assist with collecting client content, approvals, access, and other information required for project completion
• Handle straightforward WordPress or Shopify content and administrative updates where appropriate
• Support QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and adherence to defined workflows and standards.
