Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Inclusion & Diversity Officer to lead DEI strategy for a progressive organization, shaping equitable workplaces from anywhere. You will develop and implement DEI programs, roll out training, advise senior leadership, and monitor progress toward DEI goals across the company.

You will collaborate with HR and operations, analyze climate data, manage communications, and support recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in DEI roles with program design/implementation.
• Proven remote work experience or managing remote initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of DEI principles, legislation, and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, training, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven DEI outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate DEI training programs and workshops for employees at all levels.
• Conduct climate surveys and analyze data to identify DEI improvement areas.
• Advise senior leadership on DEI best practices and policy development.
• Support recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.
• Develop and manage internal DEI communications campaigns.
• Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and affinity networks.
• Monitor DEI metrics and prepare regular stakeholder reports.
• Stay updated on trends, research, and legal DEI requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on inclusion and diversity.
