Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training or workshops, preferably online.
• Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of social justice issues and the principles of inclusion.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom) and online research methods.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
