Job summary

Procera is seeking a Business Development Specialist—Domestic Debt Collections to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in SA's debt collections market. This remote role requires building new client relationships, pursuing ICP opportunities, and delivering value through strategic BD plans.

You will work with senior leadership to explore new markets, monitor trends, and leverage your network in financial services and retail to expand the business in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BD or Sales within Financial Services for Collections.
• Bachelor’s degree or related Diploma with collections experience.
• Sales qualification will be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within SA for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by building and maintaining new client relationships.
• Design and implement a 90-day BD plan and CRM strategy.
• Develop a 10–15 opportunity pipeline within ICP and first 6 months.
• Travel within SA for networking and client visits.
