Job summary

Purple Sales Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Research and Data Enrichment Specialist for a fully remote contractor role. You will source prospects using Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, and other platforms, cleanse and enrich data, and score leads for the sales team.

You’ll import data into our CRM and ensure data quality across campaigns. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data-centric roles, proficiency with enrichment tools, and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a data-centric role (e.g., data enrichment, sales/marketing operations).
• Proficiency with data sourcing and enrichment tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for bulk data manipulation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of database management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and data sourcing across tools and platforms.
• Source, cleanse, enrich, and score prospect data with target attributes.
• Import cleansed data into CRM and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to align lead criteria and campaigns.
• Document processes and stay updated on new tools and workflows.
