Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalates priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Assist customers with account management and order processing.
• Contribute to building customer loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer needs effectively.
• Participate in remote team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and service level agreements.
